If you need help with your scribing.io account or have a support question, please follow these steps:
1. Send an email to: team@scribing.io
2. Use the following subject line:
Support Request: [your email address]
Replace [your email address] with the email associated with your scribing.io account.
3. In the email body, please include:
A clear description of your issue or question
Any relevant screenshots or error messages
Steps you've already taken to resolve the issue (if any)
You will receive a confirmation and a response from our support team within 1–2 business days.
Example Email:
To: team@scribing.io
Subject: Support Request: doe@email.com
Body: "I'm unable to access my scribing.io dashboard. I've tried clearing my browser cache and restarting, but the issue persists. Please assist."
For Urgent Matters:
Include "URGENT" at the beginning of the subject line.
Example: URGENT: Support Request: doe@email.com
